Can’t Reach Nebula Customer Service to Stop Ongoing Subscription Fees

I created a membership on the Nebula website only to purchase a birth chart service. However, since I can’t remember my username, I’m unable to cancel my subscription, and as a result, subscription fees have been regularly withdrawn from my credit card since August. I’ve paid approximately $24 more than I should have at this point. I know my email address and I have the customer/order/invoice number associated with the membership, but I haven’t been able to reach customer service yet. I’m trying to handle this from Balıkesir.

Because I can’t remember my username, I request that my membership be canceled and that the overcharged fees be refunded to me.
