Getcontact Premium Number Lookup Is Not Working

Even though I have a paid Premium membership on the Getcontact app, I am experiencing serious issues with both phone number lookups and my tags. Today, when I entered a phone number to look it up, the search did not work and no results screen appeared, even though no error message was displayed. I also cannot see my own tags in the app.

Both issues started on the same day. Previously, I was able to look up phone numbers and view my tags without any problems using the same device and the same account. So far, I have not tried using a different device or the web version, and I have not opened a support ticket through the app or by email.

Despite having a paid Premium membership, I cannot use these basic features. I request that the issues with my account be identified and resolved, and that the problem be fixed as soon as possible so I can fully access the services included with my Premium membership.
