Hello, I’m writing to report a serious issue with the Nebula Natal Chart service, which I found through Instagram. I initially paid ₺17.89 for a one-time birth chart reading, thinking that would be the end of it. But without any warning or approval, they began charging me around ₺1,100 every month.
Over time, they’ve taken nearly ₺5,000 from my account—completely unauthorized. I never agreed to a subscription, and I received no emails, notifications, or receipts for these payments. I only discovered the issue after checking my bank statements. There is no clear way to contact them through the app or Instagram, and I feel completely helpless.
This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺5,000 and the cancellation of any so-called subscription I never consented to. Nebula must be held accountable for these unauthorized withdrawals, and I want a clear and fast resolution. How can users trust a service that operates like this?
Between January 2025 and April 2025, a total of 5,000 TL was withdrawn from my account via mobile payment due to a membership transaction made through Nebula without my knowledge. Even though I did not create such a membership, these payments kept occurring and every month, during the night hours, I received disturbing messages saying 'money could not be withdrawn from your account.' The membership process started via a referral on Instagram; I have payment receipts from Ziraat Bank, and I could not reach any contact regarding the cancellation of the membership or payment, nor did I receive any support.
I request that all deductions be refunded to my account and, if I have an active membership, that it also be canceled.
