Getcontact Won’t Remove My Old Phone Number Profile and Tags

I am unable to get support regarding the removal of the profile and tags associated with my old phone number, 05** *** ** **, which I previously used but no longer have access to. I had access to this number approximately 1–2 years ago, and I used it with the Turkcell network. This number no longer belongs to me.

Because I no longer have access to my old number, I cannot complete the verification process through the app or use the Unlist feature. For this reason, I contacted the Getcontact support team by email and requested the removal of the profile and tags associated with this number, but I have not received any response.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), I request that all tags and the profile record associated with this old number, which I no longer have access to and which no longer belongs to me, be permanently deleted from Getcontact's systems or, at minimum, made completely invisible. I also request that steps be taken to prevent my personal information from being viewed without authorization and that I be informed about the status of this process.
