Getcontact Has Not Removed Tags From My Deactivated Phone Number

I contacted the Getcontact support team by email to request the removal of tags associated with a phone number I previously used but that is now deactivated. I was asked to provide my identification information, and I submitted all of the requested identification documents in full.

Even though I provided my identification information, four days have passed and the tags associated with my number have still not been removed. During this time, I have only received emails requesting identification documents, and I have not received any confirmation or seen any action indicating that the tags have been removed.

I do not want this deactivated number to appear on Getcontact in any way. I request that all tags associated with my old number be completely removed as soon as possible and that I be notified in writing once the process has been completed. You can contact me at k************@gmail.com.
