Quality Issue with Nautica Summer Coat
Between April 20th and April 23rd, 2023, I purchased a Nautica summer coat from the Crystal Hotel Admiral Resort in Antalya Manavgat. I rarely used the product because it was during the summer months. I wore it a few times in the evenings, and it was never washed or dry-cleaned. However, due to its mesh perforated structure, the issues shown in the pictures occurred in various places. Since I live in a different city and bought the product during my holiday from the hotel store in Antalya Manavgat, I don't have the opportunity to return it to the place of purchase as there is no store nearby. Despite contacting customer service via email, I was repeatedly directed to the place of purchase for a solution. I believe that referring me to the seller is not a result-oriented approach, especially since the product details and barcode are available in the product images, and the issue appears to be caused by the manufacturer. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.
