eFootball Refund Not Received in FNB Bank Account

I play eFootball on mobile and requested a refund on 10 September 2026. Inside the game the refund is shown as processed with the references GPA.3391-7043-9543-53642 and GPA.3378-6765-2891-67238, but no money has been paid into my FNB bank account, even though about two weeks have passed. I kindly request that the refund for these eFootball transactions be completed and the relevant amounts be transferred to my FNB bank account as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed about the status of this refund.
