I ordered a Woongjin Cu-32 Water Purifier from N11 on February 28, 2023. The device arrived on March 4, and I immediately installed it. However, the water tasted like tap water, even after several uses.
I contacted the seller multiple times to request a service call, but they refused. They also refused to come to my house to fix the problem, even though I live nearby.
On March 26, I contacted N11 customer support for help. The representative told me that they were unable to contact the seller and that I could initiate a return if I wanted.
The Turkish law states that consumers have 30 days to return a defective product. I submitted my return request within this time frame.
On April 1, I returned the device to Aras Kargo. The tracking number is 4048669588585.
The seller received the product and inspected it. They then rejected my return request and kept the product.
I am planning to have the product inspected by a private service center and obtain a report. The seller is refusing to refund me or return my product.

The seller removed the negative reviews of the product from their listing and re-listed it with a slightly different name.
The product does not have a warranty, which is illegal in Turkey.
The seller called me "psychologically unstable" when I tried to get help.
N11 customer support has been unhelpful.
I have not received a paper or digital invoice for the product.
I am requesting the following:
N11 and the seller should refund my money.
N11 and the seller should send me a paper or digital invoice for the product.
N11 should take action against the seller for their misleading practices.
I am also planning to file a complaint with the Turkish Ministry of Finance.
