N11 Delivered My Beko Blender Set To The Wrong Address

I recently got a Beko blender set from N11, but now the narrative has developed. I admit it was my mistake; I failed to update my address around six months ago. After Aras Kargo provided a delivery note, I realized the box had been dropped off at the incorrect location. I intercepted it and asked the courier to deliver it to our new address in Rize center. Despite my attempts and inquiries with Aras Kargo, the seller initiated a return. Despite my two messages to the vendor via N11, they remained unresponsive. The goods I bought for ₺1,750 is now priced at ₺1,899. I'm left wondering who will handle my situation: N11, Aras Kargo, or the illusive seller 'soyludtm'? All I want is to get my blender set at its original price.
N11 took care of my issue and resolved my grievance, thank you.
