N11 Disclosed My Credit Card Details, They're Stolen!!
N11 leaked my card information. Someone else made a lot of purchases using my account details. Even though I noticed and contacted them immediately, the products were quickly shipped despite it being a holiday period. Later, they did not accept returns, claiming that the delivery had been completed. I received no response to my calls, despite being told to wait for the resolution process. MY CARD INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS. AN E-COMMERCE SITE CANNOT HAVE SUCH A SECURITY BREACH. It was an application where I used Face ID.
