N11 Failed to Deliver My Snapbuy LED Kids Skate Shoes Order
On August 11, 2025, I ordered a product titled “Snapbuy LED Lighted 4-Wheel Kids Roller Skate Shoes with Hidden Wheels Pink-Purple Size 34” from N11.com, paying ₺1864.10 (Order No: 206831856533). The product was supposed to be delivered within 15 business days, but despite the time passing, it has still not been shipped, and I was informed that it is being held at customs. Over the past 7 days, I have repeatedly called N11.com customer service, yet no solution has been provided. I paid the full amount from my bank account and do not request a cancellation or refund; I only want my order to be delivered as soon as possible to my address in Siverek/Şanlıurfa. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and my grievance addressed.
