N11 Did Not Refund Me for the Undelivered Neva Flashy Colors Spray

I purchased two Neva Flashy Colors temporary sprays from Kıvılcım Parfümeri via N11, but only one was delivered as they were out of stock. The package included an apology note suggesting I submit a return request. Although I didn’t understand why this was necessary, I followed the instructions and initiated a return request on February 28. However, I am still waiting, and there has been no update on the status of my request. I even double-checked my return request to ensure everything was filled out correctly. Trying to explain my situation to the support line has been useless, as I’ve tried three or four times with no success. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered second product without further hassle.
