N11 Delayed My Einhell Palm Grinder Order for 35 Days
I recently placed an order for an Einhell palm grinder from N11's official store on December 28, 2023. Fast forward to today, it's been a whopping 35 days – yes, you heard that right, 35 days! When I contacted Customer Service, they claimed the problem arose from assigning the same tracking number to two orders. They assured me they would resolve the issue with Aras Kargo, promising to either locate the lost item or compensate for the loss. However, when I contacted Aras Kargo, they denied receiving any such shipment and suggested resolving the matter with N11. Every time I reach out to N11, I get the sympathetic response, "Yes, we understand your frustration. The product was indeed paid for but not delivered. We've redirected you to the resolution center, and they will get back to you." Talk is cheap, and with my work not affording a 35-day delay, I had to re-order the item from elsewhere at a cost of ₺1550 instead of the ₺1059 I initially paid. In short, if my grievance isn't addressed within the next 3 days, I'll be taking this matter to court!
