N11 Charges Me Unfair Shipping Fees and Does Not Let Me Use My Own Courier
N11 is imposing excessive shipping fees on small business sellers such as myself. It's frustrating that they won't let us utilize our own courier agreements. A shipment that usually costs ₺250 now totals ₺400 when using N11. This isn’t merely a minor change—it compels us to raise our product prices directly. Due to these increased costs, I’ve been compelled to adjust the prices of my items, impacting both my sales and my customers. The inflexible and profit-focused approach of platforms such as N11 contributes to the ongoing rise in inflation. It’s not only unjust—it’s detrimental to genuine sellers striving to survive in a challenging market.
