I am submitting this complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction made through Bill. myiq.com that was charged to my Cash App account. Yesterday at around 4:37 pm, an amount of $32.47 was taken from my account, and I later noticed that it was also set up as a recurring payment even though I was not using the site at all and did not authorize any such transaction. After noticing the charge, I contacted Cash App support, and they informed me that they would open a dispute. However, the issue has not been resolved, and the $32.47 has not been returned to my account. I have not received any satisfactory explanation as to why this unauthorized payment was taken or why it is set as a recurring payment. I request that the full amount of $32.47 be refunded to my Cash App account without further delay and that any recurring payment or subscription linked to Bill.myiq.com in my name or with my details be cancelled immediately. I also expect clear information on how my payment details were used without my consent.
