Cancel My MyIQ Subscription

I recently purchased a paid subscription on myiq.com about a month ago and was charged approximately 45 Canadian dollars. After this payment, I wanted to cancel my subscription, but I could not find any option or section on the site to cancel it, which left me feeling misled and stuck with a service I no longer want to use. So far, I have not been able to take any effective action through the platform, and I have not contacted them yet because there is no clear cancellation path visible on the site. I find it unacceptable that a paid subscription can be started so easily, but there is no clear and accessible way to cancel it. I kindly request the immediate and complete cancellation of my paid subscription on myiq.com and a full refund of the 45 Canadian dollars that were charged. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
