I took a quiz out of curiosity on the MyiQ.com US website on March 1, 2026, and paid $1, without seeing any clear information that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. After this payment, the company started attempting to charge me $29.99 per month as a subscription fee, which I did not knowingly approve or authorize. In total, they have tried to collect $179.92 from me through these repeated subscription attempts. Fortunately, Cash App blocked these payments for a while after I blocked the site, but on March 29, 2026, one of the $29.99 charges still went through. I disputed that transaction with Cash App, and the amount was refunded. Cash App, however, informed me that blocking is not 100% guaranteed and advised me to cancel directly with the company. When I tried to cancel through the MyiQ.com US website, the system did not recognize either of my email addresses, even though that is the only way they allow cancellation. The site does not provide any phone number or alternative contact method. Instead, they suggest taking another quiz to determine the “correct” email, which I am not willing to do because I do not want to give them any more of my personal information or risk additional unauthorized charges. I request that MyiQ.com immediately cancel any subscription or account associated with my initial $1 payment on March 1, 2026, stop all further billing attempts, and confirm in writing that no more charges will be made. I also ask that any remaining or future attempted charges related to this unauthorized subscription be fully canceled and that my personal information not be used for any further marketing or billing without my explicit and informed consent.
