My IQ IQ Test Hides $47.99 Results Fee Until the End

On August 5, 2026, I took an IQ test on the My IQ website. Although the number of questions and the testing process were clearly explained when I started the test, I was told only after completing the test that I had to purchase a certificate for $47.99 in order to see my results. I was uncomfortable with the fact that there was no information when I started the test indicating that I would have to pay to see my results, and that this requirement was only revealed after I had completed the entire test.

I do not believe it is appropriate to have users spend their time completing a test and then request payment at the most critical point, when they are expecting to see their results. I want the website to clearly disclose, before users begin the test, that payment is required to view the results and to avoid misleading users in this manner.
