MyIQ Apple Pay Subscription Issue
I recently discovered two unauthorized charges of 29.99 each from a service called “MyIQ” that I never registered for or subscribed to. I received notifications about these payments on my Luminor card via Apple Pay on the last day and the day before, and I have no idea how this subscription was started or how they obtained my card details. I did not sign up for MyIQ, did not approve any subscription, and did not knowingly agree to any terms that would allow them to charge my card. At this point, I am also considering changing my card because I am concerned about the security of my payment information. I request that these unauthorized charges be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment related to MyIQ on my card via Apple Pay be immediately cancelled. I also ask that the source of this transaction be investigated and that my card be protected against any further unauthorized charges.
