I Was Wrongfully Charged for a FaceApp Subscription I Never Approved or Used

I was recently charged for a FaceApp subscription that I never knowingly approved. This purchase was made entirely without my consent, and I have never even used the app. I’m extremely frustrated that my refund request was automatically denied by the system without any proper investigation or human review.
This issue is not the result of user error—it clearly stems from a flaw in FaceApp’s subscription or payment system. I’ve already canceled the subscription to prevent further charges, and I’ve taken all necessary precautions to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
However, I demand a full refund of the amount charged. If FaceApp does not process the refund promptly, I will escalate this through my bank and initiate a chargeback. I expect immediate action on this matter, and I urge the company to address and correct this billing issue before it affects more users.
