MSPY Not Sending Verification Emails
I am using the MSPY dashboard service and for the last 5 days I have been experiencing ongoing issues with account-related emails. Most recently, I requested an email address change and password update, but I am not receiving the confirmation or verification email needed to complete this change. This is not the first time I have had similar problems with MSPY emails. Despite waiting and checking repeatedly, no message arrives in my inbox or junk folder. I contacted MSPY customer support about this issue and was only advised to check my junk mail, but as I clearly stated, the email is not there and the problem remains unresolved. I expect MSPY to urgently fix this problem, ensure that all account and notification emails are delivered correctly, and complete my email address change on the dashboard if necessary from their side. I would like this ongoing email delivery issue to be fully investigated and permanently resolved so that I can use the service without interruption.
