mSpy Refused to Refund My Accidental Android Subscription Purchase

On 12/17/2025, an accidental monthly subscription purchase was made through mSpy for an Android device, and approximately $79 was charged from my Ziraat Bank card. I never used the application and did not benefit from any service included in the subscription.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted mSpy by email and requested that my subscription be canceled and the amount I paid be refunded. A few days later, I was informed that a refund could not be issued and that my payment would not be returned. Even though I never used the service and the membership was purchased completely by mistake, I do not accept the rejection of my refund request.
I request that this unused subscription be canceled immediately and that the approximately $79 charged from my Ziraat Bank card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
