I Bought the MSPY Program but Can’t Use It
I recently purchased the MSPY program, expecting to use it easily, but I was incredibly disappointed to discover that the entire interface is only available in English. I don't understand English well enough to operate the program, which makes it completely useless for me.
There was no clear warning or option during the purchase process that stated Turkish language support was not available. If I had known this in advance, I never would have spent my money on it. I feel misled and frustrated that I'm now stuck with a product I can’t use due to a simple language barrier.
I am formally requesting a full refund for this purchase. I’m trying to resolve this issue politely and fairly, but if my request is ignored, I will be forced to report this situation to consumer protection authorities.
