MSI Customer Support Didn’t Respond to My Inquiry About Katana 15 Recovery Tool
About a week ago, I contacted MSI official support email to ask whether the recovery software for my MSI Katana 15 B12VGK laptop could be provided. I only wanted to obtain some information — I wasn’t requesting any paid service or special favor. However, to this day, I have not received any response.
I would have expected at least a brief update explaining whether the recovery software could be sent via email. From a customer satisfaction standpoint, I believe such inquiries should be handled more promptly and with clearer communication.
