I Can't Reinstall My MSI RX 580 Driver After Uninstalling It

I'm using an MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB OC Armor graphics card. Today, I uninstalled the current driver in order to reinstall it, but when I tried to reinstall it, I started getting constant errors, and the driver never installed again. Right now, since I can't install the driver in any way, I can't use my graphics card efficiently and can't play games.
I purchased the graphics card secondhand through Sahibinden. Even so, running into such a basic driver installation problem and not being able to resolve it has left me in a difficult position. I would like MSI to help me with this, look into why the driver isn't installing, and provide technical support, even if only remotely.
I kindly ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
