MovieStarPlanet Account Recovery Denied Due to Missing Receipts

At the beginning of 2025, I voluntarily deleted my MovieStarPlanet account with the username “esmerkiz18.” Later, I regretted this decision and contacted MovieStarPlanet support to request that my account be reactivated.
I informed the support team that I wanted my account restored and provided the payment receipts I still had. I had made purchases on the account through both Google Play and my bank card. However, since a significant amount of time has passed, I no longer have access to all of my old receipts. Despite searching through my Google Play account and bank records, I was only able to recover some of them.
The MovieStarPlanet support team stated that all receipts must be submitted in full in order to reactivate the account, otherwise they cannot assist me. Because so much time has passed, it is practically impossible for me to gather all receipts, making this requirement unreasonable. Additionally, I never received any warnings, bans, or notices of rule violations before or after closing my account.
I request that MovieStarPlanet reconsider my case with a more flexible and user-focused approach, taking into account the receipts I do have as well as my account details (username and registered email: n******@gmail.com), and help resolve my situation despite my inability to access all receipts.
