Mostbet Froze My Account and Blocked ₹14,000 Withdrawal

I am using the Mostbet Android application, and my account has been frozen, preventing me from withdrawing my own funds. On January 4, 2026, I made a deposit and placed bets, and I currently have a balance of ₹14,000 in my account. However, due to the account freeze, I am unable to withdraw this money.

After my account was frozen, I contacted Mostbet customer support via email and, as requested, submitted all the required verification documents. Despite fully complying with these requests, my account remains frozen, and I continue to receive the same repeated response, asking me to resubmit the same documents over and over, even though I have already provided them multiple times. No clear explanation or concrete solution has been offered, and my funds have been blocked throughout this entire period.

I am requesting that my verification process be completed immediately without further delay and that my full balance of ₹14,000 be released and paid to me at once. I also expect a clear and transparent explanation as to why my account was frozen and why I was repeatedly asked to resubmit documents that had already been submitted.
