Mostbet Deducted Nearly 500 From My Balance During a 10-Cost Slot Round

I would like to submit an official complaint regarding a serious financial issue and suspected fraudulent activity that occurred on the Mostbet platform. My Mostbet account number is 232235046.

On May 28, 2026, at 08:44:57, I was playing a normal game session on the slot game “OAKS 3”. During this session, the cost of the game round was clearly displayed as 10, and my balance at that time was between 1,000 and 1,200.

However, approximately 30 minutes to one hour later, a suspicious and unauthorized deduction occurred during gameplay. Although the round price was shown as 10, after I pressed the spin/start button, an amount close to 500 was unexpectedly deducted from my balance without any prior warning, double confirmation, or clear explanation on the screen.

This caused a significant and unjustified financial loss. Nothing like this had ever happened on my account before, which makes the incident even more concerning and leads me to believe that it may have been caused by a serious technical error or fraudulent practice.

My account is registered in Hatay, Turkey. I contacted Mostbet’s customer support team and explained the problem in detail, but they did not respond properly to my complaint and refused to assist me or correct the situation. Since the platform failed to provide a satisfactory solution, I am bringing this matter to your authority.

I respectfully request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this incident by reviewing the game records, betting history, and all related transaction logs for my account around the specified date and time while I was playing “OAKS 3.” I also have supporting screenshots and evidence showing the displayed bet amount and the unexpected deduction, which I am ready to provide upon request.

I kindly ask that you ensure the incorrect deduction is reversed and that the wrongly deducted amount is restored to my balance. I also request that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening to other users in the future.
