Mostbet Blocks ₼1,550 Withdrawals for 10 Days, ₼50,000 Balance Stuck in Account

I am unable to withdraw funds from my Mostbet account to my Azerbaijan bank card. For about 10 days, all my ₼1,550 withdrawal requests have been repeatedly canceled. Only one small withdrawal per week is approved, while all other requests are denied without any explanation.

For example, my transaction with number 11866* was also canceled. Each time, I am asked to provide the same documents again and again, even though I have submitted them multiple times without error. Despite this, I never receive a clear response.

Currently, my account balance is approximately ₼50,000, and I have not encountered any restrictions or blocks on my account. This issue started only after I began winning larger amounts.

I demand that if there is any hidden restriction on my account, it should be removed immediately, and I should be able to withdraw my funds without obstacles. I know there is no issue with my documents, and I am concerned that the process is being deliberately delayed to cause me financial loss.

If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with Curaçao e-Gaming, which licenses Mostbet.
