I am writing regarding the restriction placed on my Mostbet account (ID: 263292526), registered with the email address mariuszkruczek****@gmail.com. Around April 9–10, my account was frozen. Although I can still log in and view my account, I am unable to perform any actions or use it normally.
After contacting customer support via email, I was asked to provide a large number of highly sensitive documents. These included a photo of my bank card along with a selfie holding the card, detailed information about my electronic wallet with screenshots showing the wallet number and deposit confirmations, as well as a photo of my passport held close to my face. Additionally, I was asked to provide another image of my passport or ID card with all personal details visible alongside another identity document, such as a tax certificate, insurance document, driver’s license, birth certificate, or similar. I was also informed that after submitting all of these documents, I would need to complete a Zoom video verification.
My account currently has a balance of €103. While I am willing to provide standard identification documents such as my ID card, passport, and a selfie for verification purposes, I do not agree to share photos of my bank card or full electronic wallet details, as I consider this request excessive and a serious risk to my personal and financial security.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that verification be completed using the reasonable documents I am willing to provide. I ask that full access to my account be restored without requiring highly sensitive financial information such as bank card images or detailed wallet data.
