Mostbet Ignores Email Requests Over Frozen Account
I have a main betting account with Mostbet that has been frozen since October 11, 2025, without any clear explanation. There is a balance of over ₦294,000 in this account, and I am unable to use or withdraw my funds. On October 25, 2025, I completed all the verification requirements requested by Mostbet. Despite this, my account has remained frozen for more than 90 days.
I contacted Mostbet by email to ask why my account is still frozen and to request a resolution, but I have not received any proper explanation or meaningful response. I find it unacceptable that my verified account has remained frozen for such a long period, leaving my funds inaccessible without any reason provided. I respectfully request that my Mostbet main betting account be immediately unfrozen so that I can fully access my account and withdraw my money without any further delay.
Please note that this issue has still not been resolved, and I really need Mostbet to handle it quickly. I am very frustrated, and this situation is extremely annoying.
