Monster Abra A5 V18 SSD Failure, Repeated Shutdowns After Service

Approximately two years ago, I got a Monster Abra A5 V18 model computer, which unfortunately experienced a malfunction just two weeks ago. One day, I shut it down and it never powered back up. There was an indication that Windows was unable to read it. Regardless of my efforts to format it, the problem continued, so I had no choice but to send it in for service. The service center informed me that the SSD had malfunctioned and required replacement, which would cost ₺2500. I asked if the SSD failure was caused by user error. They said it wasn't certain, but it's a possibility. After the computer was fixed, it seemed to be working fine. However, just three days later, it unexpectedly shut down three times while I was watching Netflix for an hour, even though there were no problems with the battery. I hadn't come across such an issue previously, but it arose following the service. I paid an extra charge for the service, but I'm unsure if my computer will encounter further problems. Given my busy schedule with classes and work, I simply cannot spare the time to send it back for repairs once more. It has been five days since its return, and problems continue to arise.

My computer came back from the service, and you said there were no problems. Thank you, you were very attentive, but it is shutting down again. It has been only a few hours since I received it, and it gave the same error.
