Urgent MoneyGram Transaction Denied: Clerk Ignored Me

Today at 2:25 PM, I went to the DenizBank Fatih branch for a MoneyGram transaction. My queue number was around 601. The security guard at the entrance was very polite and helpful—I truly appreciate him. However, the bank clerk at the counter told me the system wasn’t working and directed me downstairs without even looking at me. When I went downstairs, I saw that the MoneyGram office was closed.
I have a bedridden mother at home, and I needed to give her medication at 3:00 PM, so I urgently needed to complete this transaction. Facing such indifference and lack of communication in a situation like this was very upsetting. It’s unacceptable to treat people this way when they are in need.
I expect the branch to employ staff who communicate well and actually care about their work, instead of unhappy and uninterested employees.
My name is Sabır Ak, and you may share all my information. I want my complaint to be taken seriously so others don’t experience the same issue.
Once again, I thank the security guard for his kindness.
