MoneyGram Transfer Stuck Due to Name Duplication Error

So, get this. I tried sending money from my own MoneyGram account to myself, right? But guess what? I can't even withdraw the funds because someone entered my first and last name twice. Can you believe that? I've been attempting to reach the number given by MoneyGram, but unfortunately, my calls keep getting disconnected.

There is still no progress, and MoneyGram does not even bother to provide information. I want to be contacted immediately.
