I have been using MoneyGram to receive small transfers of around $300 from my friend to pay rent for a villa in installments. I collect these transfers through the Al-Hazmi company agent in Yemen. For a period of time, everything worked normally, and I was able to receive the money without any issues.
However, about a week ago, when I went to collect a new transfer, the agent informed me that MoneyGram had blocked my profile and that I could no longer receive any transfers. I was not given any clear explanation or reason for this restriction, especially considering that the amounts I receive are relatively small and are solely intended for rent payments.
I kindly request that my profile be reviewed and that this block be lifted so I can continue receiving these regular transfers from my friend. I also ask to be clearly informed of the reason for this block and whether there is any issue that needs to be clarified or corrected on my side.
