MoneyGram Reference Number Fails While Transfer Shows as Collected

My spouse sent me €1,000 from Romania via MoneyGram. Even though two days have passed since the transaction, when we enter the provided reference number on both the app and the website, the system shows the number as invalid, and I am unable to withdraw the money. Despite this, the company on the Romania side says that the transaction appears as collected, and that the money may have already been paid out.
There is a serious inconsistency here. With the reference number I was given, the money cannot be withdrawn, yet on the sender’s side, the funds appear as if they have already been paid out. This situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting that MoneyGram conduct a detailed investigation into this transfer, clearly explain in writing where the money currently is and who it appears to have been paid to, and urgently release the €1,000 so that I can withdraw it without any issues.
