I purchased a Realms Plus subscription in Mojang’s Minecraft and opened a server. The subscription is supposed to charge ₺22.50 per month, but instead, my card is being charged multiple times each month—sometimes 4 or 5 times. Despite these repeated withdrawals, the servers are not being renewed. When I try to manually renew, the system asks for another ₺22.50 as if no payment had been made. In total, more than ₺100 has already been taken from my card without providing the promised service. Where is this money going? This feels like an unfair and misleading practice. If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will cancel my subscription and file a formal complaint against Mojang. I demand a refund for the extra charges and a permanent fix to prevent repeated billing errors.
