I recently discovered that my phone bill was charged three times in a row, each for ₺677, on behalf of Zula Online and MB Oyun Yazılım Hizmetleri. These charges were made without my knowledge or consent. Apparently, four confirmation SMS messages were sent to +2020 from my phone without my approval. I have never played Zula in my life and had no idea such a subscription or payment was linked to my phone number.
This situation has caused me serious financial harm, as I am being billed for a service I never used or authorized. It is unacceptable for any company to access a person’s phone line and charge them without their explicit consent.
I demand the immediate cancellation of these unauthorized subscriptions and a full refund of the amounts charged to my account. I also expect an official explanation of how my phone number was used without my permission. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action and file complaints with consumer protection authorities. I request an urgent and transparent resolution.
