MoboReels Refund, Cancellation and Block Of Any Further Charges

I am writing regarding unauthorized recurring charges being taken from my credit card by MoboReels. On August 10, 2026, I intended to make a one‑time payment, but instead I have been charged $28.99 per week without my approval. So far, two weekly payments of $28.99 have been taken from my credit card in the USA. At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring weekly subscription, and I was not clearly informed that my payment would turn into an automatic renewal. These charges are therefore not authorized by me as a subscription and have caused me financial inconvenience. I request an immediate refund of the two weeks of unauthorized $28.99 charges, the cancellation of any subscription or membership that may have been created in my name, and the permanent blocking of any future charges to my credit card by MoboReels. I also ask for a written confirmation once these steps have been completed.
