I Can’t Use MobiMatter eSIM in Bosnia Despite Coverage Being Listed
I purchased a MobiMatter eSIM package specifically for use across European countries, and the product page clearly stated that Bosnia and Herzegovina was included in the coverage area. However, once I arrived in Bosnia, I couldn’t access the internet in any location—not in the city, not in rural areas, nowhere at all. My phone couldn’t establish a signal, even though the package showed Bosnia as a supported country.
This misleading information not only caused major inconvenience throughout my trip, but also resulted in financial loss as I had to find alternative internet solutions. I couldn’t rely on maps, communication apps, or email for the entire duration of my stay.
I believe this is a case of false advertising and unjust profit. I demand MobiMatter either fix the coverage discrepancy or issue a full refund immediately. Selling a service that fails to deliver basic functionality is unacceptable.
