Unfair Bans on MLBB Despite Following Chat Rules
I am truly fed up with the unfair bans and overall poor management in MLBB. While some players openly engage in inappropriate behavior in chat without consequences despite being reported, I consistently get banned even though I don’t use offensive or inappropriate language. This ongoing issue has become unbearable.
When I reach out to customer service, it feels like I’m talking to a bot. They provide no real solutions, and all I’m left with is waiting out these unjust bans. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially as someone who supports the game through in-app purchases.
MLBB, you’re pushing players away with this treatment. If this isn’t resolved, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter legally. I enjoy the game but cannot continue under these circumstances. Fix your system.
