Unjust Chat Ban in Mobile Legends Despite No Violations

I keep receiving chat bans in Mobile Legends even though I haven’t used offensive language. This has happened multiple times, and now I’ve been banned for 2 days, which is extremely frustrating. What’s worse is that I get chat bans even when I’m not using the chat feature at all.

I’m requesting that my current chat ban be lifted and that the system be reviewed and adjusted to prevent unjust bans like these. It’s really disrupting my gaming experience, and I would appreciate it if the Mobile Legends team could address this issue promptly.
