I have been playing Mobile Legends for 7-8 years, but I am now frustrated and disappointed with the unfair banning system and lack of proper moderation in the game. In multiple matches, toxic players verbally insult me, using offensive language and making personal attacks through voice chat and messages. When I report them, nothing happens, but if I respond in the slightest way, I get banned instead!
This has been happening every single day, and no matter how many times I appeal, the outcome is always the same.
