I Got an Unfair Chat Ban and Lost Credit Score in Mobile Legends for No Valid Reason

I’m really frustrated with Mobile Legends right now. Out of nowhere, I received a chat ban and a credit score penalty—and for what? Playing a few matches poorly? Since when is bad gameplay a reason to mute someone’s chat for 30 entire games?

Not every match can be perfect, and players shouldn’t be punished just because they didn’t perform their best in one or two games. There was no toxic behavior or rule-breaking on my part. It feels like the system is broken and punishes players randomly or unfairly without any proper review.

I’m asking the support team to immediately lift my chat ban and restore my credit score. This kind of treatment is making me lose all interest in the game. I’ve been a loyal player, and I don’t deserve to be silenced and penalized for simply playing. Please take this seriously and fix it.
