Mobile Legends Gave Me an Unfair Ban and Support Told Me to Wait Longer Than the Penalty



I was wrongly penalized in Mobile Legends even though I did absolutely nothing to violate the rules. I contacted the support team, and they actually confirmed—based on the screenshot I sent—that the penalty was given in error. Sounds good, right? Except their solution is to tell me to wait 24 hours for the penalty to be lifted… when the penalty itself only lasts 10 hours. Are you kidding me?
It’s beyond frustrating. This is clearly a mistake on the game’s end, yet I’m the one being punished and made to wait even longer. And what’s worse? The support team is anything but professional. They either shut the conversation down without resolving anything or just ignore follow-up messages altogether. There’s no urgency, no accountability, and definitely no sense of fair treatment.
