I Keep Getting Unfair Penalties in Mobile Legends That Ruin the Gameplay Experience

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends for quite some time and genuinely enjoy the game. However, lately, the penalty system has completely ruined the experience for me. The game hands out punishments for almost everything—even minor chat messages get flagged, resulting in credit score deductions.

Because of the low credit score, I’m now unable to enter ranked matches, and even in classic mode, I keep facing the same restrictions. It feels like the system is overly sensitive and punishes players without real reason or investigation. I don’t troll or go AFK, yet my account is treated as if I’m constantly violating rules.

This is making the game less enjoyable and discouraging for loyal players like me. I’m calling on the Mobile Legends development team to fix this broken penalty system and create a more balanced and fair environment. Stop punishing players over every little thing. Let us enjoy the game again without fearing unjust penalties.
