I Face Repeated Diamond Delivery Delays After Top-Ups in Mobile Legends
I recently topped up 1,000 diamonds on my Mobile Legends account, but it's been over 10 minutes and they still haven’t arrived. This isn't the first time either — I’ve had the same issue multiple times before. In fact, this is probably the third time I’ve experienced this delay, and it’s becoming incredibly frustrating.
I don’t understand why it takes so long, especially after payment is processed successfully. I always top up specifically to buy limited-time skins or bundles, and yet neither the diamonds nor a refund show up. This is not a small amount of money, and it’s unacceptable for a major game to have such unreliable delivery.
Mobile Legends, I’m demanding immediate action to deliver my missing diamonds and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Fix your top-up system or compensate players who are constantly affected. I want what I paid for — nothing more, nothing less. Please resolve this issue promptly.
