Mobile Legends Bang Bang Navigator Event Bug Denied My Rewards

On November 16, 2024, I participated in the "Navigator" event in Mobile Legends Bang Bang, which required loading diamonds to earn tickets as rewards. I loaded diamonds twice, exceeding the required amount each time. However, due to a bug in the event (an issue caused by the game itself), I did not receive the promised rewards.
I contacted customer support to resolve this problem, but my issue remains unresolved despite their lackluster responses. I invested real money into this event and am deeply frustrated with the lack of accountability and support from Moonton.
I kindly request Moonton to take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide the rewards I rightfully earned. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.
