Mobile Legends Deducted My Diamonds Even Though I Only Bought Them Through the App

Mobile Legends just took away my diamonds, claiming I purchased them from an unauthorized source—but that’s completely false. I have only ever bought diamonds directly through the in-game purchase system, and my full payment history is available and verified through Apple. There has never been a third-party source involved.

Now, not only did they remove my legitimately purchased diamonds, but they also placed my account in negative diamond balance, which is outrageous. I paid real money (₺) for those diamonds through official channels. How is it acceptable to punish me when I followed the rules?

This feels like theft and unfair treatment of a loyal player. If there’s an issue with payment verification, that’s on Apple or Moonton’s internal system—not me.
