For about three to four months, I have been experiencing severe connection problems while playing from my home. I suspect that there is a transmitter or signal jammer made of construction wire in the neighboring building (No.12), which might be causing these issues. Because of this, I constantly face connection interruptions and have been unable to rank up for months. No matter how well I play, I remain stuck in the same rank, which makes me believe there is unfairness in the system.
I have reported this issue multiple times to both Mobile Legends Turkey and TikTok Turkey officials, but I have not received any solution. I believe the local representatives are acting unfairly and that some TikTok broadcasters have undue influence over the system. It feels as though they are mocking us rather than genuinely helping. Any rewards or gifts that I should have received never reached me — they are either claimed by others or withheld. I am constantly redirected without resolution, and it seems like our progress is being deliberately blocked while fair gameplay is not being ensured.
Therefore, I request that my complaint be forwarded directly to Mobile Legends’ main authorities in China, Korea, or Japan.
